Leases/permits are required for shellfish aquaculture in Delaware’s Inland Bays (Rehoboth, Indian River and Little Assawoman Bays).

The Division of Fish and Wildlife is responsible for reviewing and issuing shellfish aquaculture leases/permits to applicants.
