Licenses for wastewater treatment and disposal systems are issued to Percolation Testers, Property Owners (doing their own percolation testing), Designers of wastewater treatment systems, Site Evaluators, System Contractor/Installers and System Inspectors are all licensed by Division of Water, Ground Water Discharges Section.
