Index of State of Delaware Business Licenses and Registrations
In order to submit a bid on a DelDOT construction contract, the firm must be registered with DelDOT. There is no charge for the registration, and it may be submitted at any time, however, firms must submit the registration application prior to submitting a bid. Sub-contractors are not required to register.
