Body Art Establishments, which can also mean “tattoo parlor” and “body piercing establishment”, means any place or premise, whether public or private, temporary or permanent in nature or location, where the practices of body art, whether or not for profit, are performed. All body art establishments must submit a plan and be approved in order to receive a permit to operate.

Permits for Body Art Establishments are renewed annually.
The licensing fee for Body Art Establishments is $100. Renewal fees are the same amount.

Licensure renewal forms are sent to the facilities annually, prior to the expiration of the current license. Please contact our office with any questions or to obtain a renewal form.
