Businesses – Prepare Now for Delaware’s Personal Data Privacy Act

Effective January 1, 2025, Delaware’s Personal Data Privacy Act goes into effect.

New resources are available to help prepare for upcoming the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act.

Delaware Paid Leave is coming!

Coming September 1 – December 1, 2024

LaborFirst, supporting Paid Leave, has launched. Employers, TPAs, and PEOs should visit LaborFirst for instructions on how to sign up for State credentials and system documentation. Paid Leave questions? Visit the program website.

Register now for Delaware EARNS to offer retirement savings to your employees.

Effective October 15, 2024 – All private-sector employers with 5 or more workers and no retirement plan must facilitate EARNS by October 15.  Learn more about Delaware EARNS.

Payments to the Apprenticeship and Training Fund for Craft Training compliance are now available.
