Index of State of Delaware Business Licenses and Registrations
The Delaware Department of Agriculture Weight and Measures section with the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture shall issue a weighmaster license to qualified individuals according to Delaware Title 5 Chapter 51 Section 5131.

Weighmaster licenses are valid for 3 years.
License fee for a Weighmaster is $25.
