Product Registration

The Delaware Department of Agriculture Pesticides section provides the State of Delaware with an exceptional pesticide regulatory program which is educationally based, equitably enforced, and protective of the environment, crops, property, and the health and welfare of all citizens. All pesticides sold and distributed in the State of Delaware must be registered with the DDA Pesticides Section.

All Pesticides products distributed in Delaware must be registered with the Department of Agriculture. It is a two-year registration.

Fee

The fee is $140.00 for each pesticide brand or grade.
