The Commission on Adult Entertainment Establishments regulates the licensing and operation of adult entertainment establishments and adult-oriented retail businesses in Delaware.

The purpose of the Delaware Commission on Adult Entertainment Establishments is to promote public health, safety and welfare by regulating the licensing and operation of adult entertainment establishments and adult-oriented retail businesses in Delaware. The Commission •reviews applications for licensure •promulgates rules and regulations •adjudicates complaints against licensees and, when necessary, imposes disciplinary sanctions.
