The mission of the Office of Drinking Water is to protect the health of Delawareans by assuring safe drinking water through the use of certified water treatment plant operators.

Licenses for Water Operators In Training as well as Certified Drinking Water Operators last for aproximately two years.

Application Form

Licensure applications are e-mailed and/or sent to the individuals upon request.

Renewal Form

Licensure renewal forms are sent to the facilities annually, prior to the expiration of the current license.
