In order to receive Division of Public Health approval, a pool operator course must have an approved instructor and must meet all of the following criteria consisting of taking and sufficiently passing all assigned pool courses.

Approved pool operator permits are effective either 3 years or 5 years depending on the course that is administered. “Approved Pool Operator” means a person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has successfully completed pool a operator training course which is approved by the Division.

Licensure renewal forms are sent to the facilities annually, prior to the expiration of the current license. Please contact our office with any questions or to obtain a renewal form.
